Conceived almost as an architectural component, Big is a metal bookcase that features some solid uprights in extruded aluminium, “T” section, and shelves in sheet with a definitely marked front edge, looking like masonry shelves. That’s further stressed by the dull white finish, looking like a plastered brickwork painted white. Its well-defined shapes make it “multipurpose”, to emphasize modern, hi-tech, classic or period settings.
